Job summary

Arthaland Corporation is seeking a senior architect to lead architectural design for real estate development projects in Metro Manila. The role coordinates with structural, MEPF, civil, and landscape consultants to ensure design quality and compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong BIM/CAD skills, and a Licensed Architect credential. Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate development.
• Proficient in BIM and CAD applications.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.
• Strong design, technical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities
