Job summary

Mangoes and Bananas Studio in the Philippines is seeking a Multimedia Artist who turns briefs into visuals and videos for social media across multiple brands. You’ll create graphics and edit videos that align with each brand's voice and visual identity.

You’ll produce graphics and videos from briefs, adapt content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and ensure timely delivery of monthly orders while maintaining quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a multimedia artist, graphic artist, or in a similar role.
• A portfolio that shows both social media graphics and edited videos.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects.
• Able to follow a creative brief and a brand's visual direction closely.
• Familiar with the sizes and formats used on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable with revisions and monthly deadlines.

• Edit and assemble videos from creative briefs, including reels and story videos.
• Follow each brand's visual direction so every piece matches its look and voice.
• Resize and adapt content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the other formats the calendar calls for.
• Work with the Social Media Manager and the Design and Visuals Associate to clarify briefs and apply revisions.
• Deliver each month's creative design orders on schedule and keep working files organized.

As a Multimedia Artist at Mangoes and Bananas Studio, you turn creative briefs into the visuals and videos people see on their feeds. A brief lands on your desk and you make it real: statics, carousels, stories, short form videos, animations and AVP’s that look sharp and feel like the brand.

About the role

The Multimedia Artist is the hands behind most of what our clients publish. You work mainly from creative briefs, producing the graphics and videos that fill each brand's content calendar, and you keep the quality steady across several brands at once.

We expect craft, speed, and care for detail. You should be comfortable moving between design and video in the same day, following each brand's visual direction closely, and carrying feedback into the next version without losing the idea.
