• Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
• Scheduling, rescheduling or canceling appointments as needed.
• Assisting the patients to fill-out information forms.
• Preparing patients charts.
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatment and procedures.
• Knowledgeable in aesthetic industry or derma services/ treatments
• Performing general clinic duties such as answering telephones and messages.
