Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking an FM Derivatives Operations Analyst/Specialist to join the Derivatives Circle. You will handle a broad range of Financial Markets derivatives, including Interest Rate, Equity, Commodity, and Listed derivatives, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely processing.

As part of the team, you will monitor trade lifecycle transactions, match confirmations, and investigate discrepancies while working with global stakeholders to minimize settlement risk and support regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant experience within banking, financial markets operations, trade processing, or derivatives operations
• Experience working in complex operational environments with global stakeholders is an advantage

About the Role

As an FM Derivatives Operations Analyst/Specialist, you will be part of the FM Derivatives Circle, responsible for the accurate, complete, and timely processing of a broad range of Financial Markets Derivatives products, including:

• Interest Rate Derivatives

You will play a critical role in managing the trade lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence,

minimizing settlement risk, and supporting ING's commitment to regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Technical & Professional Skills

• Experience in Financial Markets Operations, Derivatives Operations, Trade Support, Middle Office, or related functions
• Understanding of trade lifecycle management, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and resolve operational exceptions effectively
• Knowledge of financial markets products and operational controls is highly desirable
