Job summary

ING is seeking an FM Derivatives Operations Analyst/Specialist in Manila to join the Derivatives Circle. You will ensure accurate processing of a broad range of Financial Markets Derivatives products, including interest rate, equity, commodity, and listed derivatives, across the trade lifecycle.

You will collaborate with global teams to monitor, match, and validate trade confirmations, resolve discrepancies, and manage settlement breaks, while upholding regulatory compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in banking, financial markets operations, or derivatives processing.
• Experience with global stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process trade lifecycle transactions accurately and timely.
• Match and validate trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies.
• Investigate unmatched confirmations and manage stuck trades.
• Affirm and confirm trade details with clients and counterparties.
• Raise and resolve settlement breaks and exceptions.
• Perform reconciliations across internal and external systems.
• Support risk reduction through strong controls and oversight.
