Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a travel operations professional with at least five years in leadership within a BPO environment. The role requires native/cryptic GDS experience and recent travel account handling expertise, plus knowledge of major GDS platforms (Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, Apollo).

Applicants should be familiar with international ticketing, exchanges and refunds, and well-versed in IATA rules and fare calculations. Quality tools knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership experience in a BPO setting.
• Cryptic/Native GDS experience required.
• Recent experience handling travel accounts.
• IATA/UFTAA Level-1 certification preferred.
• GDS skills on Worldspan, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo.
• Knowledge of international ticketing, exchanges and refunds.
• IATA rules, fare components, manual fare calculation and related travel terminology.
• Knowledgeable in quality tools.

Job description

Must have:

• GDS skill on one and more GDS (World span, Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus and Apollo)

• Good understanding about IATA Rules and regulation - Fare component, Manual fare calculation, Pricing unit, Global Indicator, Indirect Travel Limitation and other Travel Terminologies

• Knowledgeable in Quality tools
