Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a Deputy CFO for a market-leading industrial/construction business in the Philippines. The role reports to the CFO and partners with the executive team to shape financial strategy and performance.

The successful candidate will direct FP&A, treasury, and governance, oversee capital investments, and drive the finance transformation journey while leading large teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Deputy CFO should have:

• CPA
• 15 years of progressive finance leadership
• Industry experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure
• Proven track record in strategic finance, capital allocation, business partnering, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong exposure to board reporting, treasury, working capital management, and corporate governance.
• Demonstrated success leading large finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
