The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and reporting. The CFO plays a critical role in strategic decision-making and ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with overall business goals
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Lead financial risk management, compliance, and internal controls
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team
• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators
• Oversee accounting, finance, tax, and audit functions
• Build and manage relationships with investors, banks, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements
