The Corporate Institute is seeking a Director of Finance in the Philippines to take end-to-end ownership of the finance function, reporting to the founders, and drive FP&A, controllership, treasury, and compliance across both in-house and contract manufacturing operations.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash-flow and working-capital management while building scalable processes and reporting frameworks to support rapid growth.

As the business continues to scale, the founders are looking to strengthen the organisation’s finance function with a dedicated leader who can build greater structure, rigour and scalability across the function.
The Director – Finance will take end-to‑end ownership of the finance function, transitioning responsibility currently managed by the founders. Reporting directly to the founders, the role will span FP&A, controllership, treasury, financial planning, compliance and finance transformation.
The individual will lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash‑flow and working‑capital management, while overseeing accounting, taxation, compliance, audit and financial controls. A key part of the mandate will be to build scalable finance processes and reporting frameworks across both in‑house and contract manufacturing operations.
The role will also lead and develop an existing finance team, bringing greater structure, accountability and rigour to the function. As the company scales, the leader will play a critical role in strengthening financial systems, providing forward‑looking business insights and supporting the founders in key strategic and operational decisions.
