• Proven experience in financial modeling, business performance analysis, KPI development, profitability analysis, and management decision support.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating the financial viability of new businesses, products, investments, or strategic initiatives, including:
• Break-even analysis
• Unit economics
• ROI/ROE
• Payback period
• Scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Stress testing
• Funding and capital requirements
• Strong understanding of commercial and business drivers, including revenue, costs, CAC, funding cost, cash burn, capital requirements, and portfolio/credit risk.
• Ability to challenge financial assumptions and management decisions constructively, using data, financial analysis, and business insights to recommend actions.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations for senior management.
• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, profitability management, and performance monitoring across multiple business units, products, branches, or companies is highly preferred.
