Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Coordinator in Pasig, Philippines, to manage project and deployment activities for a variety of IT initiatives.

This hybrid role requires coordination across schedules, teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within scope and budget. You will lead deployment efforts, analyze data, and prepare reports, with a focus on customer service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2–3 years of project & deployment coordinator experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Provide project and deployment management for large, complex projects to achieve on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Provide overall leadership and direction to established project teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track and manage high-visibility deployments.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments for IT product integrations.

As a Deployment Coordinator, you will provide project and deployment management for a wide variety of large and complex projects to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget. We will count on you to provide overall leadership and direction to established project team. Along the way, you will get to:

• Manage and schedule all inbound shipments, integration and outbound shipmentsrequiredto integrate and deploy IT products
• Analyzes data, composes, prepares,proofsand edits internal and outgoing correspondence and reports, takes meeting minutes. Distributes a variety of material, such as correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, etc.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to track and manage large, high visible, and complex projectroll-outs

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of project & deployment coordinator experience
• Excellent organization, communication andproblem solvingskills
• Strong Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint,PowerPointand Project

Basic to intermediate financial acumen preferred, with the ability to understand and interpret project costs, revenue drivers, and their impact on overall business performance.

• Demonstrated ability to do in‑depth research and provide solutions
