Job summary

Insight is seeking a Senior Client Operations Specialist to manage quotes, orders, and account activities for assigned Account Executives in a hybrid Manila office. You will coordinate pre-sales support, drive efficient processes, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will engage with sales teams, provide timely responses, and help optimize customer experiences while navigating changing requirements in a global technology services provider.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in technical SME environments with customer service and operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
• Ability to thrive with changing requirements and maintain operational focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage quotes, orders and account management for assigned AEs.
• Handle mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation and collections.
• Support pre-sales activities including pricing research and product information.
• Prepare and submit sales quotes into the quote entry system with accuracy.
• Ensure correct order fulfillment and ongoing account management.
• Collaborate with other Insight departments to improve efficiencies.

As a Client Operations Specialist Sr., you are be responsible for providing customer service and managing the sales processes of their assigned Account Executive or team of Account Executives (AE). This involves, but is not limited to: quoting, ordering and account management, mailbox and call management, part requests, report generation, order fulfillment, reporting, and collections. Pre-sales support functions include: pre-qualification of accounts, product pricing, research, configuration and product information. Along the way you’ll get to:

What you’ll do at Insight

• Responsible for developing efficient practices to serve business needs
• Work on special projects for clients and sales force as needed
• Attend Company, vendor, and publisher trainings and webinars, as directed
• Build relationships with other Insight departments and increase efficiencies where applicable
• Prioritize and respond to incoming client calls and emails
• Prepare, manage and submit sales quotes accurately into the appropriate quote entry system
• Ensure correct and accurate order fulfillment

What you’ll need to join Insight

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any course
• At least 3–4 years of experience in technical SME environments, supported by a strong background in customer service, operations, and related business functions.
• Strong written and verbal English communications skills
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
