Job summary

You will drive strategy, mentor teams, and collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Product to integrate new payment technologies. The role requires 8+ years in payments/remittance with at least 3 years in leadership, deep knowledge of SWIFT/ACH, and proven risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in payments, remittance, or banking operations.

• Strong knowledge of payment systems, SWIFT, ACH, and cross-border remittance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the Payments & Remittance Department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.

About the role

Key responsibilities
