Qualifikationen

• Hold a graduate degree.
• Have 4 years of experience in financial operations processing, including team leadership.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of international payment processing operations.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of SWIFT and ISO payment message formats.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in English, including people leadership skills.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving, including ownership through resolution and escalation.
• Demonstrate experience partnering with controls and training stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst in the Payments Investigations Function, you will manage day-to-day operations by overseeing shift execution and supporting the timely resolution of investigations and exceptions. • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with ability to use data tools as needed.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Demonstrate experience in back-office banking operations as a supervisor.
