Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking an experienced Team Lead for dental billing to oversee the full cycle of billing, verification, submissions, posting, and AR follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role includes coaching and mentoring staff, handling complex issues with insurers, coordinating to minimize denials, and supporting night-shift schedules while enabling work-from-home arrangements with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing role, with leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes and AR follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to Work From Home with reliable internet.
