Job summary

Vector Outsourcing Solutions Phils. is seeking a Dental Billing Team Lead in the Philippines. You will oversee the full cycle of dental billing—from verification to claim submission, posting, and AR follow-up—while coaching a team to meet targets.

Night shifts and remote work are required with a reliable internet connection. We offer maternity/paternity leave, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, a rice allowance, and an HMO upon regularization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role.
• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
