Vector Outsourcing Solutions Philippines is seeking a dental billing team lead to oversee the end-to-end billing cycle, including insurance verification, claim submission, posting payments, and AR follow-up from a remote home-based setup.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a dental billing team lead role, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle night shifts while maintaining reliable internet connectivity.

• Experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes: insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Handle complex billing issues and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve disputes and minimize denials.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role.
• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
