You will train and mentor the team, handle complex billing issues with insurance partners, and work mostly night shifts from home with reliable internet access.

The role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and a proactive approach to minimize denials and improve cash flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental billing team lead role.
• Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, mostly night shift.
• Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
