B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead forecasting across three sales divisions, translate demand signals into actionable supply plans, and drive the local SI&OP process to improve OTIF delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, 10+ years in demand planning, expertise in SAP APO, and strong Excel and PowerBI skills to turn data into insights and enable cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in demand planning or similar roles.
• Proven success managing demand in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP APO or comparable advanced planning systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong capability with PowerBI; analytics/visualization tools a plus.
• Influential communicator with the ability to drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Prior mentoring or leadership experience preferred.

As a Demand Planning Manager at B. Braun, you will lead demand forecasting and supply alignment across multiple sales divisions. You will translate commercial demand signals into robust, executable supply plans, serving as a key driver of the local SI&OP process. This role requires a data‑driven mindset, leveraging SAP APO and advanced analytics to generate insights that improve forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and inventory health. Beyond technical expertise, you will partner closely with Sales and Marketing, coach planners, and influence strategic decision‑making to strengthen customer order fulfillment.

Your key responsibilities

Demand Forecasting — Lead forecasting across three sales divisions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and accountability.
