We are seeking a Demand Planning professional to review forecasts, manage inventory, monitor orders in SAP, and analyze data to drive forecast accuracy in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related course.
• Experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods company is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must have excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: Review forecast, sales performance, and historical trends to develop accurate forecasts and allocate inventory across channels.
• Inventory Management: Monitor levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Order Monitoring: Track orders and shipments to ensure requirements are met and purchase orders are accurate in SAP.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Process Improvement: Enhance demand planning processes and templates for overall effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with channel owners and teams to align forecasts with sales and marketing strategies.

What will you do?

• Demand Planning: Review total company forecast, sales performance, and historical trends to assist in developing accurate demand forecasts, identify slow-moving and critical items, and recommend inventory allocation across sales channels as needed.
• Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and work with total supply chain team to maintain optimal inventory while minimizing stockout and excess inventory.
• Order Monitoring:Monitor orders and shipments from multiple principals to ensure order requirements are complete, support smooth inbound logistics processing, and accurately create and maintain purchase orders in SAP.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Process Improvement:Contribute to the enhancement of demand planning processes and templates to improve overall effectiveness.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with channel owners and cross-functional teams to understand the nuances of each unique sales channel and reconcile significant variances, refine forecasts to reflect updated sales and marketing strategies, and reduce forecast model variance across channels.
