optiBPO is seeking a Demand Planner to join our AU-based operations in the Clark, Pampanga office. You will forecast demand, manage replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability across multiple warehouses.

You will balance stock levels, optimize arrival dates, and use AI tools to streamline data cleaning, merging, and reporting for decision making. The role requires office-based work in Clark, morning shift.

Qualifications

• Degree in purchasing, supply chain, logistics, finance, or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, replenishment, or inventory analysis.
• Experience with ERP and forecasting tools such as Dynamics 365/Netstock.

Responsabilités

• Forecast demand and recommend orders by SKU and warehouse.
• Raise POs for Purchasing Manager’s approval and track to receipt.
• Manage stock lifecycle: wind down declining lines and scale up rising items.
• Balance stock across warehouses to minimize splits and maximize fill rate.
