Job summary

Zenith United Electric Corporation in Sta. Cruz, Manila, is seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to balance inventory levels and minimize stockouts by generating accurate forecasts.

You will collaborate with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to support operational efficiency and growth. Responsibilities include analyzing data, aligning forecasts with promotions, coordinating replenishment from international suppliers, maintaining SKU master data, and contributing to monthly S&OP meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, forecast and planning.
• Knowledgeable in data analytics, forecast and planning.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a medium-sized business setup.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations to minimize overstocking or stockouts.
• Maintain master data accuracy for SKUs, including lead times, safety stock, and MOQ.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for demand planning and inventory performance.
• Participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in the supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to generate accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align forecasts with promotional activities, product launches, and customer insights.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely replenishment of stock from international suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and provide recommendations to minimize overstocking or stockouts.
• Maintain master data accuracy for SKUs (Stock Keeping Units), including lead times, safety stock, and MOQ.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for demand planning and inventory performance.
• Participate in monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in the supply chain process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, forecast and planning (experience in importation or distribution is a plus).
• Knowledgeable in data analytics, forecast and planning
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (experience with inventory planning systems a plus).
• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
