Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule timely delivery to customer
• Achieve zero delivery pending / returns
• Follow parameters for delivering goods; balance truck load and customer service
• Respond to minor customer complaints within the day
• Submit delivery invoices and documents to Accounting
• Send delivery reports to respective departments
• Print and sort delivery invoices by customer and area
• Arrange warehouse invoice copies per picker
• Arrange invoices for delivery per schedule
• Forward next day delivery invoices to warehouse for picking
