Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an organized Associate Project Manager to support successful delivery of customer projects in a hybrid, full-time capacity at the Clark Freeport Zone campus in Pampanga, Philippines. You will coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, and help keep projects on track by collaborating with project managers and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project activities and maintaining key documentation.
• Exposure to professional services, SaaS, consulting, or project delivery environments.
• Understanding of project management or project delivery principles.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and status reporting activities.
• Maintain project documentation, including risk, issue, and action registers.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project communications.
• Track project tasks and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion.
• Identify and escape project risks, issues, or delays when appropriate.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, consultants, and internal delivery teams. Help drive efficient project execution by ensuring information is accurate, organised, and up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the delivery team.
