The Bistro Group is seeking a Delivery Marketing Officer to drive the delivery business performance across assigned brands within a designated cluster.

You will coordinate with Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance and Food Aggregator partners to ensure delivery excellence, sustainable growth, and operational compliance, while monitoring sales, AOV, and platform performance. Strong project management and workshop facilitation skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have proven Project Management skills.
• Experience in business process improvement projects.
• Experience in defining, documenting and validating business requirements.
• Experience in designing and delivering facilitated workshops.
• Ability to coordinate with Operations, Marketing, IT and Finance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly delivery sales performance.
• Analyze trends, gaps, and growth opportunities per brand and per platform.
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor key delivery KPIs and AOV; provide recommendations to cluster teams.
• Coordinate between Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance and FA partners.
• Provide performance reviews to cluster operations teams.
