Job summary

The Moment Group is seeking a strategic Marketing and Growth Leader to shape the Takeaway and Delivery roadmap across its brands. You will drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability by partnering with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to optimize digital channels and marketplaces.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in marketing with leadership experience, a proven track record in growth strategies for digital platforms, and excellence in communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years in marketing, digital commerce or growth roles with leadership experience.
• Proven record of developing and executing growth strategies for digital platforms.
• Experience managing external partners, marketplaces, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business sense with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Highly analytical, strategic, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic roadmap for Takeaway and Delivery business across brands.
• Oversee performance of delivery platforms, online ordering channels, and takeaway initiatives.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with delivery aggregators and partners.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to drive incremental revenue through omnichannel campaigns.
• Lead takeaway experience and packaging strategy in collaboration with Operations and Marketing.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams for execution.
• Establish governance, optimize workflows, and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Monitor key metrics and present recommendations to leadership to improve profitability.
