Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Associate Manager in the Philippines for a return-to-office setup. You will oversee non-clinical staff and Team Leads, provide leadership and mentoring, ensure regulatory compliance, allocate resources, and promote continuous improvement across projects.

This role requires 7–8 years in service delivery and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, with the ability to develop procedures, set objectives, and deliver results in a client-facing operations

POSITION TITLE: Delivery Operations Assoc Manager

WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees non-clinical staff and Team Leads
• Provides leadership, oversight, guidance and mentoring to Team Leads in making independent decisions, which have major day-to-day impact in area of responsibility, and may influence direction of other areas.
• Monitors and maintains team compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements related to work performed.
• Allocates resources and responsibilities across a team to deliver business results and develop team members. Manages consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, resources, clinical licensure of associates as needed, and performance management within area of responsibility.
• Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across spheres of influence.
• Works with Operations Leads, assumes accountability for results of work to both Accenture and client.
• Responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures and reporting within areas of responsibility.
• Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or business specialization across a broad operational framework/range of projects.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Standard Associate Manager profile
• At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery
