Qualifications

• Standard Associate Manager profile.
• At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and other client-related tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems.
• Make decisions regarding daily operations, including work assignments and scheduling.
• Manage workloads and provide development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of outgoing work.
• Develop support materials for team use.
• Prepare and analyze complex reports.
• Ensure client responsibilities are met in accordance with service agreements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for senior clients.
• Address complex issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Identify and implement opportunities for team improvement.
• Direct work activities within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers on large-scale projects.
• Analyze quality audit results and develop process improvement initiatives.
