Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation in Central Luzon invites applications for a Delivery Foreman/Forelady. In this full-time role you will oversee daily delivery operations, coordinate the distribution team, and ensure on-time, safe delivery of goods.

You will lead loading/unloading, monitor driver performance, liaise with customers, and implement process improvements to raise efficiency. A strong leader with logistics experience and a clean driving record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a delivery leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple deliveries and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and lead a team.
• Proven ability to problem-solve and decide quickly for timely deliveries.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and transport regulations.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Key responsibilities
