Job summary

Mclink Copy Services Phils. Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the daily distribution operations in Bulacan, coordinating a team of drivers and support staff to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

You will oversee loading/unloading, monitor performance, coach drivers, and liaise with customers to resolve inquiries while driving process improvements and compliance with health, safety and transport regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in delivery leadership role in manufacturing/logistics
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer liaison and team leadership
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making to ensure timely deliveries
• Familiar with health, safety, and transport regulations
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and lead a team
• Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and transport regulations
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
