Must Have:

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. (Non-negotiable)

• With minimum of 5 years of experience in release management, project management, or service transition. (Non-negotiable)

• Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle. (Non-negotiable)

• Advanced knowledge in ITIL. (Non-negotiable)

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion. (Non-negotiable)

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills as a must. (Non-negotiable)

• General PC knowledge including MS Office. ((Non-negotiable)

• Must have good communication skills. (Non-negotiable)

Good to Have:

• ITIL certification is a nice to have skill.

• Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications.

• Experience in banking application or systems.

Technical Skills:

• The Release Manager owns the release management lifecycle which includes scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios.
