About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Leader with a strong airline technology background to lead strategic product engineering initiatives for a global aviation client.

This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully delivered enterprise technology platforms within the airline industry and can drive both product strategy and large-scale software delivery while partnering directly with senior business and technology stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, shape product roadmaps, and help expand long-term client partnerships through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives within the airline domain.

• Define product roadmaps, priorities, and release plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery teams to ensure quality, predictability, and on-time execution.

• Work closely with client executives, business leaders, and technology teams to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.

• Provide strategic leadership across product development, engineering delivery, and stakeholder management.

• Identify opportunities to expand client engagements by recommending new technology solutions and platform enhancements.

• Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams during solution design and proposal development.

Qualification

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology delivery and leadership.

• Mandatory experience in the airline or aviation industry.

• Proven experience leading large-scale software development or digital transformation programs.

• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Product Delivery methodologies.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with senior executives.

• Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.

• Willing to travel across ASEAN as business requires.
