Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in product development and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Java, Golang, Node.js, Scala, or other OO/open-source techs.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, or JavaScript is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native/containerized environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and modern architectural patterns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
