Job summary

Delivery Leader – Next-Generation Airline Platforms at E-team Workforce Private Corporation in Pasay City, Metro Manila (Hybrid/Onsite as required). You will lead cross-functional engineering teams, shape product roadmaps, and drive large-scale software delivery for a global aviation client across ASEAN.

The role demands a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in technology delivery and leadership, and mandatory airline/aviation industry experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology delivery and leadership.
Mandatory airline or aviation industry experience.
Proven track record leading large-scale software development or digital transformation programs.
Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Product Delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.
Experience managing geographically distributed engineering teams.
Willing to travel across ASEAN as required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology initiatives within the airline domain.
Define product roadmaps, priorities, and release plans with business stakeholders.
Manage Agile/Scrum delivery teams to ensure quality and on-time execution.
Collaborate with client executives, business leaders, and tech teams to translate objectives into scalable solutions.
Provide strategic leadership across product development, engineering delivery, and stakeholder management.
Identify opportunities to expand engagements with new technology solutions and enhancements.
Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams during design and proposals.
