Job Overview

The Delivery Engineer will architect, design, deliver and implement Modern Workplace and Azure solutions for external customers based on Microsoft technologies.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in delivering projects based on Microsoft Office 365 and Security, Azure Cloud and Security, on‑premises Microsoft products (Exchange/AD/SQL/SCCM/ADFS/Other), Azure AD and SSO, and additional AWS and VMware private cloud projects.
• Participate in tenders to provide technical solutions.
• Plan, design and implement project delivery.
• Conduct user training sessions (Office 365/Copilot) for customers.
• Write project documentation and user/admin guides.
• Collaborate with team members, project managers, and HQ colleagues.
• Provide third‑line technical support.

About You

• Experience with Office 365 and security (Hybrid/Migration/EXO/EOP/SPO/ODE/MDE/MIP/DLP/Secure Score/Microsoft Defender)
• Experience with hybrid scenarios with on‑premises AD and Exchange migrations
• Knowledge of on‑premises products (Exchange/AD/SQL/Other) – architecture, capabilities, functions
• Experience with Azure and security (Landing Zone/OpenAI/Data & AI/other) – architecture, capabilities, functions
• Knowledge of Azure AD and SSO, AWS and VMware private cloud
• Good knowledge of core infrastructure (Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, System Center Configuration Manager, SQL, Hyper‑V, Azure Stack HCI)
• English language – basic level (reading, technical documentation); colloquial level is a privilege.
