About the Role

You’ll join our offshore technical team and support customers across Microsoft environments while learning modern Microsoft cloud technologies and best practices.

You’ll assist with

• Supporting Microsoft 365 environments and users.
• Troubleshooting user and account‑related issues.
• Assisting customer onboarding and setup activities.
• Supporting project delivery and documentation.
• Helping maintain secure and well‑managed customer environments.
• Working with senior engineers on technical improvements.

Skills & Experience

• 1‑2+ years of experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of user management and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technologies.
