Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in an office or HR function preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and TA priorities with accuracy.
• Strong customer service, organization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews with candidates, hiring managers and interviewers.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and candidate identification.
• Interpret job descriptions and evaluate candidate experience against qualifications.
• Provide organized candidate search results for review and consideration.
• Develop strong relationships across Delivery Enablement, TA, Ops, and HR functions.
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS and other TA systems.
• Support ongoing or ad-hoc projects that support Delivery Enablement and TA.
• Handle confidential information appropriately and provide regular reports to management.
• Document results and sourcing activity per established TA processes.
• Stay updated on regional and local employment laws to ensure compliance.
• Work with US working hours as needed.
