Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communication Studies, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in an office environment or within an HR function preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and TA priorities, while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable supporting US working hours.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end scheduling process for interviews, coordinating with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate timely and efficient interviews.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Recruiters and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and candidate identification for assigned positions.
• Ability to interpret job descriptions and evaluate candidate experience against defined qualifications.
• Provide the TA Delivery partner and team with organized candidate search results for further review and consideration.
• Develop strong and effective team relationships across Delivery Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions.
• Maintain and document accurate and complete records within the ATS, along with other TA recruiting systems.
• Support ongoing or ad-hoc projects and initiatives that support Delivery Enablement and the Talent Acquisition function.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Provide reports and maintain data on coordinating activities as requested by management.
• Document results and other relevant sourcing activity in accordance with established processes within TA.
• Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance.

Qualifications
