Job summary

optimove multiservices corp. seeks a Delivery Coordinator to support daily delivery and transport operations by coordinating schedules, routes, and truck assignments to meet dispatch plans and timelines.

The role requires monitoring delivery progress, communicating with drivers and warehouse staff, maintaining proper documentation, and providing real-time issue resolution and operational updates to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in delivery, transport, or logistics operations.
• Exposure to delivery coordination, dispatch, or fleet operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible schedules based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck assignments, routes, schedules and delivery activities to ensure dispatch plan adherence.
• Monitor delivery progress, truck availability and utilization; escalate delays or issues to the Delivery Supervisor.
• Coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, warehouse personnel and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of delivery documents and records for compliance.
• Provide timely updates and status reports; communicate customer-related delivery concerns.
• Identify operational issues and support corrective actions and contingency plans during disruptions.
• Prepare and consolidate operational updates, performance summaries, and utilization reports.
