The ideal candidate has a business-related degree, at least two years in banking or lending, and strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and MS Office. Knowledge of BIR, SEC, BSP regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a business-related degree.
• At least 2 years banking experience in lending/remedial management.
• Familiarity with BIR, SEC and BSP regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle PDL/NPL recovery via calls, visits, and field collection.
• Assess client repayment capacity and trace borrowers for asset location.
• Negotiate repayment plans and obtain client concurrence.
