Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with 2 years in supervision or management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department and ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with dealership objectives.
• Monitor departmental performance and ensure targets and standards are achieved.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve goals.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor performance, productivity, and work quality.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members for professional development.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive working environment.
• Analyze operational reports, performance data, and indicators to identify improvement areas.
• Develop action plans to address performance gaps and improve efficiency.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation activities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service and dealership standards.
• Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and resolve appropriately.

• Prepare and present departmental reports and recommendations.
