Job summary

Union Motor Corporation is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training on automotive product knowledge and sales processes for dealership staff. The role ensures adherence to MMPC requirements and supports new hire orientation and certifications.

The person will develop programs, use diverse teaching methods, and cascade knowledge to the sales force, enhancing performance and customer opportunities across the network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of two year course or undergraduate of two years or more in college.
• 1-2 years experience in teaching.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, office management).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Be aware of risk identification procedures to prevent injuries or damage.
• Report risks to management and escalate if not addressed.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement training and development programs.
• Track and report on training outcomes, measuring impact on performance.
• Implement training for continuous improvement and adjust programs accordingly.
• Develop and implement training on Product Knowledge and Sales Process for dealership associates.
• Utilize varied teaching strategies to enhance learning.
• Ensure training programs align with MMPC training requirements.
• Conduct product knowledge training and cascade to the sales force.
• Provide training on vehicle specifications, financing options, and competitive positioning.
• Train sales teams on end-to-end sales process, including lead management, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.
• Conduct new hire orientation for sales personnel, ensuring understanding of processes, policies and expectations.
