Job summary

AUDIO REFINERY INC. in Metro Manila (Quezon City) is seeking a Dealer Sales Supervisor to oversee the dealer sales team, drive targets, and expand the company’s distribution network.

You will supervise, coach, and motivate the team to reach sales objectives and develop strong relationships with dealers. The role requires leadership, negotiation, and excellent communication, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of supervisory experience in Dealer Sales/Channel Sales/Distribution or similar.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the Dealer Sales Team to achieve objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends to recommend strategies.
• Analyze sales reports, forecasts and market data to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Monitor competitors' activities and provide market intelligence to management.
• Handle escalated dealer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
