Job summary

YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader in Metro Manila to drive dealer channel growth within the Audio-Visual industry. The role requires hands-on AV experience and a track record of managing complex dealer relationships.

The candidate will develop and execute multi-step sales strategies, engage Dealer Principals, and contribute to business growth in a dynamic outsourcing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dealer sales, channel sales, or distribution management.
• Hands-on AV industry experience (professional AV systems, home audio, conferencing, LED displays, digital signage).
• Background in Dealer Management is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-step sales cycle and influence Dealer Principals.

• Preferably with background in Dealer Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a multi-step sales cycle and influence independent business owners (Dealer Principals)
• With knowledge in Audio Visual is plus.
