Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant work experience in banking or investment banking.
• Specializes in Banking/Finance/Investment.
• Solid understanding of SB Capital products and services.
• Ability to originate and structure deals in coordination with senior officers.
• Awareness of equity/debt markets and regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination pitches and deal structuring with President and Co-Head, Investment Banking.
• Manage execution of investment banking projects including equity/debt underwriting, project finance, M&A, and advisory.
• Coordinate with Banking Relationship Managers and deal teams to optimize client coverage and revenue targets.
