Job summary

Fireworks is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our Legal team. You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and help build scalable contracting frameworks to support a high-velocity business.

The role reports to the General Counsel and requires strong independence and judgment. You will partner with finance and business teams to move agreements from request to signature, managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing commercial contracts in-house, a law firm, or procurement.
• Strong drafting and redlining across standard contracts with independent negotiation.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage high volume without quality loss.
• End-to-end contract lifecycle ownership, including post-signature obligations.

Responsibilities
