• Record account hard copies in Cebu and transmit to Manila (RTO at least twice weekly).
• Assign tickets and respond to inquiries logged in Accenture Support promptly.

• Check T&E accountability of resigning employees and provide clearance in Exit tool.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and keen attention to detail.
