Qualifications

• 1 year of BPO experience in Training, Operations, or HR Analytics.
• Experience in training project management or reporting.
• Has conducted or assisted in Training Needs Analysis.
• Involved in training reports or project management tasks.
• Psychometrics background or licensure is a plus.
• MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year BPO experience in Training, Operations, or HR Analytics
• Experience in Training Project Management or Reporting (Typical training timeline management is okay, reporting training project management is preferred)
• Has conducted or assisted in Training Needs Analysis
• Involved in training reports or project management tasks
• Psychometrics background or licensure is a plus
