Completed Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, Statistics course or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing data to identify training needs, trends, and gaps that impact operational performance. This role supports the design and delivery of targeted learning programs by providing actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The analyst will collaborate with operations, HR, training, and other relevant teams to ensure learning interventions align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience in Training, Operations, or HR Analytics
• Experience in Training Project Management or Reporting (Typical training timeline management is okay, reporting training project management is preferred)
• Has conducted or assisted in Training Needs Analysis
• Involved in training reports or project management tasks
• Psychometrics background or licensure is a plus
• MS excel and Powerpoint)
