Job summary

Accenture PLC in Quezon City is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Associate for a hybrid role. You will execute the Order to Cash process in Cash Apps and handle customer inquiries with focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing OTC and Billing, maintaining performance metrics, and supporting month-end close while driving process improvements. At least 6 months of OTC experience is required and eligibility to work in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of relevant OTC experience.
• Experience with Order to Cash subprocesses is preferred.
• Ability to support billing and month-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Order to Cash and Billing activities.
• Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics and ensure timely invoices.
• Provide status updates and coordinate execution of work; escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and cost-effective service delivery.
• Support month-end close of OTC processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries as requested.

POSITION TITLE: Order to Cash Ops Associate

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:

• Execute process Order to Cash in Cash Apps and Customer Inquiry with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality, and overall continuous process improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages and execute Order to Cash, Billing
• Support to maintain and improve service performance metrics reports including, but not limited to, timely customer invoices in accordance with contractual billing terms
• Provide status of work in process, customers portfolio, assist in planning and coordinating execution of work, escalation issues in a timely and appropriate manner while pushing to identify resolutions.
• Provide quality, cost effective service while looking at ways to contribute to process improvement in processes
• Support month-end close of other OTC processes
• May provide ad-hoc analyses and summaries of information as requested

OTHERS:

• Project Shift Schedule: Rotation
• Project Rest Day: Rotation

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Standard OTC profile
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Should consider at least 1 of the following sub-processes:

• 1. Sales/Order Management
• 2. Billing
• 3. Collections
• 4. Deductions Management
• 5. Cash Application
